Proctored Exams at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Testing Centers - Agreement Form

Proctoring Request Instructions

To request proctoring, please submit one agreement form per course. As the liaison between 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Testing Centers and your professor or testing entity, you are responsible for the following:

  • Provide Contact Info: In the form, you must provide your professor's contact information.

  • Share Our Contact Info: Please provide your professor with our email address: testing@grayson.edu.

Complete the Proctored Exams at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Testing Centers and click Submit. We will contact you by email to confirm receipt and schedule your first exam. If you have any questions, send an email to testing@grayson.edu.
