Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your Student Planner identifies the specific courses required for graduation.

  • Failed courses can be repeated. The policies related to repeating a course at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ can be found in the . If you don't find the information you need, your Success Coach can answer your questions.

  • Professors check attendance in both face-to-face and online courses. Part of doing well in classes is keeping your attendance consistent. Use the to see the overall 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ policies on course attendance, and discuss any specific concerns with your instructors. They set specific guidelines for attendance, so it's a good idea to read your course syllabus to understand the rules ahead of time.

  • To determine how many credits a course is at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, view the . If you have questions, your Success Coach or Faculty Mentor can help.

  • When you enroll in an online class, you will be given instructions on how to submit assignments.

  • If you need assistance with transfer, contact our University Transfer Coach on the Career and Transfer Center webpage.

  • Academic probation means that you are not currently meeting the minimum academic standards set by 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ, and you are in a warning period. You must meet the minimum academic standards within a given period of time, usually by the end of the next term. You can learn more about the academic requirements at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ in our .

  • We offer many resources that can help you succeed including one-on-one guidance with a member of the Advising Office. For more information, you can contact your Success Coach through the Student Planner. You can also take advantage of these helpful academic resources.

  • Your Success Coach is automatically assigned by your program of study. You can contact your Success Coach or schedule an appointment in your Student Planner.

  • You can register for tutoring on the Tutoring webpage.

  • You should plan to attend all class sessions for which you are enrolled regardless of your time zone.

    However, 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ may make adjustments to classes conducted online for students that are not able to attend the session at the time it is presented including:

    • recording all classes conducted online for asynchronous viewing at a later time
    • provide transcripts of all classes conducted online
    • provide access to all class recordings for students enrolled in the class
