Are you ready to build leadership skills, support your peers, and be a difference-maker on campus? The Housing Department at 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ is seeking passionate and reliable students to join our team as Resident Assistants (RAs) for the upcoming academic year.
RAs are the heart of our on-campus community. These student leaders live in the residence hall and play a vital role in:
- Creating a safe, welcoming environment for all residents
- Building relationships and serving as a resource for students
- Supporting emotional, social, and academic growth
- Planning fun and meaningful events
- Helping things run smoothly in collaboration with Residence Life staff
Each RA is assigned to a specific community of residents but is also known and accessible to the entire housing population. This role is a great opportunity to develop leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills — all while gaining valuable on-campus work experience.
Note: RAs are granted a scholarship to cover full room and board cost each semester!
Eligibility Requirements
To apply, you must:
- Be a 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ student
- Have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Be in good academic and disciplinary standing
